Selfridges runs Westfield close with its massive new shoe emporium but I do prefer the shopping experience in the latter - and it doesn't involve braving the nightmare that can be Oxford Street, especially at this time of year.
And with diverse and highly desirable brands from Church's to Barratts to Jimmy Choo to Office to Jones to Schuh - it's almost impossible to go looking for a pair of shoes and not find them at Westfield. When it comes to shoe shops in London - they're all under one roof.
I didn't buy these on Saturday, but I did spend a good amount of time drooling over them in Church's. Simple British sartorial elegance at its best.
